During a press conference following Juventus Turin’s victory over Torino in Serie A, the team’s coach, Massimiliano Allegri, expressed concern about the situation of Paul Pogba, whose analysis of sample B confirmed a positive test for testosterone during a doping control in August.

Allegri used strong words to address this situation, implying a potential end to Paul Pogba’s career.

“Football loses an extraordinary player, who was different from all the others. Let’s wait for the sanction. We are all saddened by it, and we hope for the best for him, as it must not be easy for him on a psychological level,” commented the Italian coach.

Paul Pogba faces a maximum suspension of up to 4 years, but his sentence could be reduced to a few months if he can prove that he did not intentionally take the banned substance.
