Cristiano Ronaldo is demanding the sum of €19.9 million in unpaid salary arrears during the COVID-19 pandemic period at Juventus, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

CR7 is not willing to give any concessions to Juventus. The forward, who left in 2021, had agreed to defer payments during the COVID lockdown in 2020.

The Italian newspaper specifies that Juventus had sought efforts, including salary reductions, from its players twice. First in 2020, with the team and the coach at the time, Maurizio Sarri, and then in 2021 during individual negotiations with the players.

Two years after his departure from Juventus, Cristiano Ronaldo has allegedly not received this sum and is considering legal action against the club.
